Refunds Policy
We offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase on all products, providing it is in its original packaging and in saleable condition. We cannot accept returns of used bedding for hygiene reasons. We cannot accept the return of insecticides once they have been opened.
Return of Goods
Please note that an encasement or protector being the wrong size is not grounds for return. It is your responsibility to double check the size you ordered against your mattress size before unpacking by checking your order and checking the size sticker on the inlay. Once the item has been unpacked, the product becomes un-saleable and returns will not be accepted on these grounds.

The packaging note received with your order includes the return address.
Please include the following information:
- Your order number
- Ordering customer name and address, if different to your own
- Your email and telephone contact details
Please make sure you obtain a proof of posting certificate for your own peace of mind. We will refund return postage costs where items are faulty.

We will refund you upon receipt via the card used for payment. We have no control over any charges that may or may not be applied by payment providers for any refunds made.
