Billing
We accept payment using the following cards: Visa Debit, Visa Credit, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo cards. We use Stripe to process card payments for us and they are fully compliant with all credit card acceptance regulations. Their system is fully secure and includes a number of fraud prevention measures designed to protect you, us and your credit card company. At no stage do your card details become available to us. Stripe deal directly with our bank who then contact your card issuer for authorisation, all in a matter of seconds.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order within one working day. We used recognised courier delivery services for all dispatches and all orders are tracked. We operate a fixed postage costs policy which is clearly outlined at checkout. Unusually large/heavy orders may require a further delivery charge. We will contact you should this transpire. For the next day delivery option, you need to order before 12.00 (midday). Next day delivery only applies to normal working days, orders received after 12.00 (midday) on Friday, Sat, Sun will be dispatched on Monday.
